- Meet Coach
Former AVP Pro Steve Neptune
Steve Neptune is a former international indoor and AVP Top-10 ranked beach volleyball professional. A 1982 All-American and standout at Long Beach State, he has devoted more than 45 years to coaching athletes from youth to professional levels. As Head Coach of Neptune Elite Volleyball Academy, Steve cultivates complete athletes by integrating skill mastery, strength, and mental resilience through a holistic approach. He holds a B.A. in Psychology, an MBA in Education, and certifications in Sports Psychology, CPR, and Special Olympics coaching. Beyond the court, Steve is a long-time PBVA Board Member, active in both the PBVA and NCVA, and a published author.
